THE WHAT

Mission

To help improve the lives and livelihoods of people suffering the injustice of poverty across the globe.

Organisation

Everything we do must be consistent with our mission. As a regulated social-enterprise we report annually for inspection to the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies. We do not have shareholders. We are a not-for-profit. We do not pay dividends. Any financial surplus must be reinvested in delivering against our mission. We are subject to an ‘asset lock’ meaning we cannot be sold. We build social value for the benefit of community stakeholders; not commercial value for the benefit of shareholders. The Gallus Edge CIC is able to take donations and grants; and by being fully incorporated we can also take contracts.
